Customer Satisfaction Manager
We’re not satisfied until you are. That’s why we’ve designed a unique web-based Customer Service Manager to give clients the ability to send online requests and comments directly to a Waterford representative. If there’s anything we can do to make your building a cleaner, safer working environment, we want to know about it.
Here’s how it works. Every client is assigned their personal login to a confidential client portal on our website. Once logged in, clients can access a list of buildings through our Customer Satisfaction Manager. A few simple clicks allow managers to view a service history for their building(s) and submit action requests or comments. Once we’ve received your comment or request, we’ll take appropriate action and let you know how we’ve satisfied your needs.
Quality Assurance Manager
We’re proud of the work we do. That’s why we’ve designed a unique web-based interactive Quality Assurance Manager to give our clients the ability to track and comment on our performance reports online. If you think anything’s been swept under the carpet, we want to be the first to know about it.
Here’s how it works. Our clients receive email notifications of upcoming building inspections. While our inspector is on site, we’ll complete a detailed inspection report and file it electronically to a confidential client portal on our website. The client is immediately notified by email that the report is posted online and ready for review. Clients can login in and review, re-score and comment on anything in the report. The feedback instantly comes back to Waterford. Once we’ve received your review, we’ll take appropriate action and let you know how we’ve satisfied your needs.
