The Waterford Workloading System
Accurate bidding and estimating is essential to a successful cleaning system. Without a well defined cleaning workload, the supplies, equipment, labour, supervision, and training will not result in the most efficient and effective cleaning program.
Waterford Building Maintenance Inc. is determined to educate its customers to understand exactly what it will take to properly clean their facility; in this way Waterford considers itself to be a partner and consultant to our customer.
Why Workload? The simple answer is that Waterford's Workloading System developed by Daniels Associates Inc. ensures that every quote is fair & accurate. More often than not, someone may walk into a facility, and very quickly determine how many hours they feel it will take to clean that building, relying on market experience and comparing similar areas or buildings they have seen in the past. Although this method may work appropriately some of the time, this method will too often produce and inaccurate estimate.
The only accurate method of determining how many hours are required to clean a particular building is to WORKLOAD the building. Workloading is the systematic approach to determine the total hours required to clean a building. Workloading considers, through the use of accurate time standards, exactly how many minutes each task called for in the specifications will take to perform. Workloading is a process which yields accurate time requirements and ultimately results in impartial service cost.
