Joe is a 30 year veteran to the cleaning industry and client services. This knowledge and experience, coupled with Joe's adept ability of providing his customers with the service they want and the attention that they deserve, allows Joe to expertly execute the role of Director of Customer services at Waterford.
In his position as Director of Customer Services, Joe is responsible for directing four Area Managers plus five Resident Managers, establishing operating budgets and monitoring performance. Joe's persistence in surpassing customer satisfaction has set a new standard of service excellence in the industry, and Joe expects no less from his people.
